2019 is StageWrite’s biggest year to date because the festival ran in May not only in Bedford, but also in London, hosted by our lovely friends at Good Wolf People. This was a fantastic experience and gave us the opportunity to perform in the Assembly Room at Stanley Halls, a beautiful Grade II listed building in the heart of South Norwood.
Here’s the line up: ADAM by Lewis Wood; We Are Stronger Together by Matthew Fisher; The Murder of the Servants by Martin Keady and Play Lady K by Anne Atkins. Our hard-working ensemble then performed the shows again in July at Bedfringe, and it’s not over yet! In partnership with The Place Theatre in Bedford, we are now running StageWrite evenings once each season…the first of these is 28th September. We’re currently reading through submissions and will let you know details of the two selected plays on the StageWrite blog.
Rehearsal shots feature: Phil Mardlin, Joanne Mulley, Natalie Částka and Harri Mardlin
